SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Information

  • Shipments are sent Monday through Friday each week, excluding major holidays. Orders are processed within two business days of being placed.
  • Delivery options are calculated based on business days.
  • Expedited orders need to be placed before 12:00 p.m. AZ time to be shipped same day.
  • Saturday delivery not available for all shipping options and destinations.
  • We offer free ground shipping for all orders of $100 or more. Standard ground shipping is at a flat rate of $5 for all orders under $100.
  • Each order will be shipped to one address only.
  • We are unable to deliver to PO Box, APO, FPO & DPO addresses, and to customers outside of the United States.
  • Customers have up to 30 minutes after an order has been placed to cancel their order via the links in the order confirmation screen and/or the order confirmation email. Orders cannot be canceled after 30 minutes.
  • Customers are responsible for notifying our consumer support team when an order has been returned to PCA SKIN by the shipper due to an insufficient address or other delivery issues.
  • PCA SKIN orders are shipped to contiguous U.S. residential addresses only, and can take up to 6 business days to be delivered (excluding holidays).

PCASKIN.com Return/Refund Process

  • Customers will need to contact Consumer Support to get an RMA (return authorization) number. Unauthorized returns are not allowed.
  • Only items purchased from PCASKIN.com can be returned to PCA SKIN.
  • Items purchased in an Authorized Skin Care Professional’s office, or other Authorized Retailer, must be returned to their original point of purchase.
  • Product returns and/or refunds will only be accepted within 60 days of purchase.
  • Expired products and Gift with Purchase products are ineligible for return/refund.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • In order to offer the best shopping and product-return experience to as many guests as possible, PCA SKIN reserves the right to limit the number of Order returns/refunds, and the number of Product unit returns/refunds per customer.
  • Your order will not be eligible for return if you’ve used over 50% of the product.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
  • Items purchased from unauthorized retailers, dealers or resellers are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
  • Shipping and Handling costs/charges are non-refundable.
  • All returns must be accompanied by all original components.
  • Once PCA SKIN receives and logs in your authorized return, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  • Returns may take up to 3 weeks to process.
  • The return/refund process may be delayed if the authorized return is not properly addressed and/or is missing the RMA number.
  • At the discretion of PCA SKIN, damaged, broken in transit, leaking or defective products purchased within 60 days may be partially refunded or replaced at no charge after inspection.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, deny or limit any return requests or refunds at any time based on policy.
PCA SKIN 60-Day Satisfaction: At PCA SKIN, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an PCA SKIN product you purchased from PCA SKIN.com, you may receive a replacement product, partial refund or full refund as outlined below. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the PCA SKIN 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet websites and unauthorized storefronts on online marketplaces. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
  • How To Claim The Guarantee: You must submit your Guarantee request within sixty (60) days of the date of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase.
  • Guarantee Guidelines: PCA SKIN reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if customer has abused the PCA SKIN 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

Affirm - Installment Payments

Get a refund
In order to get a refund, please contact Consumer Support to request a refund. They can let you know if a return is possible and how much the refund will be, according to the PCA SKIN return policy. Once Affirm receives the refund, the refund amount will show up in your Affirm account loan timeline within 3–10 business days, and your balance will be updated.
Making payments
While you’re waiting for your refund, please continue to make any monthly payments that are due.
Refund is less than balance If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, it might not lower or cover your next monthly payment. Instead, you can expect fewer monthly payments, a smaller final payment, or both.
